Customer Support Agent (Work anywhere)

Your role will be to deal with and assist in a variety of general enquiries and correspondence from our customers, advisers and trustees. You'll have a passion for giving great customer service and the ability to carry out high quality administration with an attention to detail. You’re also a natural at problem solving and are comfortable using your initiative to ensure the best outcome for the customer.

Web developer (London)

As a Web Developer your responsibilities will be working embedded in teams to deliver our main website. We’re looking for someone passionate about design principles as well as practising the best web standards. You’ll be writing production code from day one and expected to support it so testing will be a vital part of your daily responsibilities. You’ll need to effectively communicate with multiple partners in the company such as Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Talent (etc…) and part of a team using HTML, CSS (PostCSS), ES6, Go etc…
